(More customer reviews)I do not normally write reviews or hyperbolize about musical artists, but felt compelled to do so in Helmut Lotti's case. The polyglot Mr. Lotti's english is so perfect that his rendentions of "Crying" and "He Ain't Heavy He's My Brother" rank with the best. He really seems to be a good human being as evidenced by his interaction with his audience, fellow performers and Flemish children in "When You're Sailing." Furthermore, his involvement with UNICEF demonstrates his willingness to give of himself. The location was beautiful as were the orchestra and accompanying singers. The DVD performance was nearly as good as "being there." It's sad this kind of talent is more appreciated in Europe than in the US.
