here, on this dvd is a fine example of that correctness! this band, dennis bovell's dub band, fronts THE POET! need i say the poet's name? linton kwesi johnson. and they come roaring out from the trap, feet placed squarely upon the earth but their minds... these creative minds!... whew!... centered somewhere else... in the reggae heavens! the reggae stratosphere! is it the poet here who is fronting this band, whipping it into shape? or is it the band keeping the poet tight?! the lyrical recitations of the poet, linton kwesi johnson or the roaring dennis bovell's dub band, sinewy, itinually on his ass, is quite a strong mixture! buy this. enjoy...
