(More customer reviews)THIS IS THE LATEST IN NEW WEST RELEASES OF AUSTIN CITY LIMITS PERFORMANCES, AND LIKE THE PREVIOUS ONES IS OUTSTANDING IN QUALITY, BOTH VISUALLY AND AUDIO.THIS 1984 SHOW BY TEXAS LEGEND BILLY JOE SHAVER CONSISTS OF SONGS HE HAS WRITTEN, AND STILL PERFORMS TODAY. THE REALLY INTERESTING THING IS THAT WE GET THE OPPORTUNITY TO SEE A YOUNG SHORT HAIRED EDDIE SHAVER(JUST 22YRS OLD) WORKING THE GUITAR AS ONLY HE COULD--HIS PLAYING IN SUPPORT OF HIS DAD OVER THE YEARS HAS ALWAYS BEEN A GREAT SOURCE OF PLEASURE TO THERE MANY FANS--HE IS SORELY MISSED.
SUPPORT THIS DVD, IT IS TRUE TEXAS GREATNESS, AND IT DOESN'T GET ANY BETTER THAN THAT.
