(More customer reviews)Amazon does not tell you that this DVD "Best of" collection only has 5 songs/videos on it. If you are looking for Toby's current hits, you will be greatly disappointed. And, while Amazon will allow you to return it, if unopened, the shipping charges each way will not be refunded. $6 worth of to and from shipping charges for a $7.99 DVD isn't worth the effort. Save your money, and hope that Toby releases a real "collection" someday.
