(More customer reviews)I stumbled across this DVD while picking through the carcass of Tower Records. What an absolutely fantastic, if eclectic, mix of artists. The stunning -- and ultra RARE -- performance by Jeff Beck is worth the price alone. But the clips of Joe Strummer (Miss ya SO much, Joe, R.I.P.) The Pretenders, Wille Nelson, Elvis Costello, Lou Reed, George Benson, the great Solomon Burke and Whitlock/Clapton are jaw-droppingly fantastic. This DVD is also notable for Patti Smith taking back the Night from the mushmouthed Natalie Merchant and the Rev. Al Green showing why he is simultaneously one of this planet's most gifted and most idiosyncratic singers. All performances were taped between 1993 until 2003.
