(More customer reviews)"El Diario de Juanes" offers a great look at the staggering talent of one of Latin music's biggest stars. Those with MTV-LA and MTV en Español will have seen much of the footage, but those of us without those networks will appreciate the opportunity to learn more about this Colombian rocker.
Included are eight music videos: Fijate Bien, Podemos Hacernos Dano, Nada, A Dios Le Pido, Es Por Ti, Mala Gente, Fotografia and La Paga.
Also included is the entire "Diary of Juanes" from MTV-LA. This all-access, behind-the-scenes program follows Juanes as he travels around the world filming music videos, promoting "Un Día Normal" and performing sold-out stadium concerts...all in the course of a few days. It's exhausting just watching Juanes keep up with his hectic schedule, but it becomes obvious he deserves his sucess...and that he's very grateful for it.
Other features include a photo slideshow, "Un Día Normal en Imágenes" and "Un Día Normal en Palabras (Words)".
I agree with the reviewer who wanted more live footage. The few brief clips of Juanes onstage show a passionate and energetic performer. Hopefully a live DVD is in the works!
