(More customer reviews)Having been a long time fan it is wonderful having a souvenir of a concert performance of one of pop music's most distinctive voices of the past 17 years or so. The DVD sounds fabulous with a surround set up. The Dolby 5.1 track is much more realistic and emphasizes her voice to maximum effect. The video is fairly standard and seemed a bit grainy on my display but that is a minor quibble. Julia herself is in excellant voice although she seemed a bit nervous as compared to her live performances which I have witnessed. The song selection is weighted to her recent album, "That's Life", but her most popular tracks from her earlier albums are also interspersed. Any fan of sophisticated female pop-jazz stylings should try this out. One listen and you will be a fan forever.
