(More customer reviews)Joe Williams here performs with a supportive backing trio at a Jazz at the Smithsonian event in the early '80s. Fine production values, and the singer is smoking hot on the primarily bluesy up-tempo tunes, and enticing and poised on the few ballads. Highly recommended.
