(More customer reviews)This concert is thoroughly enjoyable. Keb Mo' is a wonderful songwriter with a warm, appealing voice. He also plays a mean guitar. Although based in the blues, Keb Mo' transcends the style, offering soul/R&B and beautiful ballads, as well.
My only gripe with this dvd is that there are virtually no shots of Keb's guitar playing. As a guitarist myself, it was very frustrating seeing him from every angle but not able to watch what he was doing on the instrument. Perhaps some dvd producer or director with a bit of foresight could use the alternate angle capability of the medium to film the hands of the artist so that guitarists can watch the technique and fingerings if they choose to.
